If the order hasn't been sent to production yet, the order can be canceled, as well as edited by an Be God's Glory representative.
If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the Print Provider, and they may already be working on the order fulfillment. Due to that, it may not be possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.
If you need to update an address, that may be possible if the item hasn't been prepared for shipping. Production times are typically 24 hours after your order is placed but can fluctuate so we suggest making changes as soon as you notice a discrepancy in your order. Be God's Glory is not responsible for orders that are the wrong size, color or sent to the wrong address but we would love to help correct any errors and make sure our consumers are happy.
Be God's Glory is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Be God's Glory offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date.
That being said, it is important to note that the exact fulfillment timeframe can differ from order to order. You will receive an email with as estimated time of arrival for your order.
Occasionally, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us).
The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high-quality standard.
The order contains 12 or more items.
