Service Description
Record Label Shopping & Introductions I present your music directly to A&Rs, label executives, and decision-makers actively seeking new talent for signings and publishing deals. Producer, Songwriter & Engineer Connections I connect you with reputable and genre-specific producers, top-tier songwriters, and Grammy-level engineers to elevate your sound to industry standard. Radio Campaign Outreach I liaise with radio programmers, station directors, and Gospel/Christian DJs to secure airplay and interviews that build credibility and reach. Playlist & Editorial Pitching I pitch your music to verified curators to increase exposure, streams, and discovery. Studio Session Coordination I facilitate professional studio bookings and session planning with elite engineers, vocal producers, and mixing/mastering professionals to ensure top-tier quality. Industry Networking & Placement Strategy I develop individualized strategies to position artists for publishing, sync licensing, brand partnerships, and collaborative opportunities. This service begins with a non-refundable consultation deposit, which secures your spot for an in-depth strategic session. During this consultation, your music, brand readiness, and goals will be evaluated to determine if you are a strong fit for industry shopping and placement opportunities. If both parties agree to move forward, and you are approved as a qualified client, the remaining balance for the service will be invoiced, and your consultation deposit will be deducted from the full service fee.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Purpose This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for securing services related to A&R representation, industry connections, studio sessions, playlist placements, and radio promotions. 2. Booking Requests All booking requests must be submitted via email or through the official booking form. A minimum of 14 days' notice is required for all consultations, studio sessions, and industry meetings. 3. Deposits & Payments Full payment is required to secure any booking, and all payments are strictly non-refundable. All payments must be completed in full at the time of booking; no partial payments will be accepted. Payments not received on time may result in cancellation without refund. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling All cancellations, regardless of notice time, will not be eligible for any refund. Clients may request to reschedule one time, subject to availability, but no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% rescheduling fee. 5. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the full payment with no option for refund or credit. 6. Service Delivery Services will only be rendered after all necessary materials (music files, EPK, bios, etc.) are submitted. Late submissions of required materials may delay scheduling. 7. Confidentiality All client information, music submissions, and business discussions are kept confidential. 8. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose material or conduct is deemed inappropriate, unprofessional, or misaligned with our company standards. 9. Communication All official communication will be conducted via email or designated messaging platforms. Please allow 24–48 hours for response times. 10. Agreement By submitting a booking request and paying a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Booking Policy.
