Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Booking Confirmation: All bookings require signed rider and a non-refundable deposit to secure the date. The deposit amount is 50% of the total booking fee. Payment Terms: Full payment is due the day of the event date. Payments can be made via invoice, bank transfer, credit card, or through other agreed-upon methods. Event Details: The client must provide all event details, including location, start and end times, and specific requirements, at least 14 days prior to the event. DJ Nicki Nice will work closely with clients to customize music selections and accommodate special request, if feasible. Cancellation Policy Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will forfeit the deposit but will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged 50% of the total booking fee. Cancellations within 7 days of the event will be charged the full booking fee. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability. The deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling request made within 14 days of the event may incur a fee. DJ Cancellation: In the unlikely event that DJ Nicki Nice is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or a qualified substitute DJ will be arranged (if acceptable to the client).
